A 64-story residential tower, the TM Tower, will elevate the skyline of Benidorm to a height of 230 meters. This impressive project, located on Avenida de México and just 50 meters from Poniente Beach, will consist of 260 homes, a cinema, and an astronomical observatory.

The TM Tower is designed to become the tallest building in Benidorm, with residences ranging from one to four bedrooms spread across 64 above-ground floors, complemented by four underground floors.

Residents will be able to enjoy a wide range of amenities, including swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, sports facilities, and a cinema. At the top of the building, there will be a bar with an astronomical observatory, created in collaboration with the Educational and Interactive Science Museum Jesús Carnicer ( MUDIC ).

According to TM's project planning, owners will have to wait until the second semester of 2028 for the key handover, at which point they will enjoy privileged views of the Benidorm skyline. To access the highest apartments, the skyscraper will feature seven elevators capable of reaching speeds of up to 6 meters per second, which is significantly faster than the average for residential buildings.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
We kindly ask you to read the following information carefully.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation? 
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.

When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250 to 300€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.

Once you are back home, I would also like to ask you to provide your bank account number so that we can refund the security deposit quickly and efficiently.

How do I arrange the Key handover?
We list all properties on behalf of owners who have appointed a local management team. This team ensures that your holiday accommodation is ready for your arrival and is available to assist you during your stay. If there are any delays in your arrival, please inform the accommodation manager, as they may have multiple appointments at different locations.

To ensure that everything goes smoothly for your upcoming stay, we would like to receive your arrival details as soon as possible.
We kindly request that you provide this information no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date. This will help us make the necessary preparations for your stay. 

The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.

At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.

Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 35€, refundable form the deposit.  In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!

Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.

Use of electricity
The rental rates include energy costs, except when your consumption exceeds 85 kWh for a 2-bedroom property or 120 kWh for a 3-bedroom property. In these instances, any excess usage will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 0.35€ per kWh.

The key manager will be available to provide further clarification on -site.
