Finestrat Hills is a new development of just 40 luxury villas overlooking the skyline of Benidorm and the Mediterranean Sea. This two-level modern designed villa comprise 2 bedrooms with 2 x 2  with fitted wardrobes and LCD TV with a Google Chromcast facility. There are 2 bathrooms with a bath and shower facility both with under-floor heating.

The open-plan lounge/ dining area is fully furnished with airconditiong, IP INTERNET BASED TV WITH ALL EUROPEAN CHANNELS,  FILM packages, NETFLIX and APP store. The property is enabled with FIBER OPTIC WIFI /100MB SPEED. The fully fitted open plan kitchen has all required appliances, lots of storage space, quality white goods and Silestone worktops.  

There is a salt water infinity pool of 7 x 3m and a outdoor shower facility. The villa is equipped according to the latest modern trends and using only the highest quality materials. 

The constructed surface of the villa is 563m2 includes a living area of 92m2 with access towards 2 spacious terraces and a solarium of 86m2 with outdoor shower and well furnished. The solarium is overlooking the private garden, swimming pool area and from here you can enjoy the stunning views of the sea and the city of Benidorm.  There is a privatly secured parking space.

All facilities required for your daily needs, such as shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants ect. are within easy reach. Sandy beaches, Theme parks and Golf courses are also on close distance.

The village of Finestrat and the beachside resort of Cala Finestrat are both located in the Marina Baixa region on the Costa Blanca, close to neighbouring Benidorm and around 40 kilometres from the city of Alicante and its International Airport. This area is considered the center of entertainment on the Northern part of the Costa Blanca. Benidorm is also famouse for its beautiful beaches and the mild and sunny climate. 

As for outdoor sports and adventure in this area; holidaymakers may experience the fun of going on 4WD drives, jeep safari, routes by moonlight & sunset cruises, trips on the Guadalest reservoir in solar-powered boats, VIP cruises and parties in the Benidorm bay, bike rides, forest rides on mountain bikes, sailing catamaran trips, jet-ski rides, canoeing, abseiling, climbing, diving, archery, paintball, Nordic walking and mountain hikes, hang gliding, horseback riding, karting and more.

Visitors may find variety of nightlife and entertainment activities in Benidorm. There are over 150 discos, nightclubs and discothèques that invite the holidaymakers to fun and enjoyment. 

The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 120 Kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit at 0.35€ per Kwh. The key manager will give you an explanation on site.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation? 
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.

When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.

How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.

At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.

Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit.  In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!

Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.

Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 85 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.35€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
