This luxurious and spacious ground floor corner apartment in Oasis Beach La Zenia 4 can accommodate up to five people, which is quite unique in this urbanization, seen most of the apartments are equipped for four people maximum. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has a bunk bed as a bonus, each with a super equipped bathroom, one with bath and one with shower.
The kitchen is equiped with dishwasher, fridge /freezer, stove, oven, microwave, etc. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and living space. Linens and towels are part of the standard package. Wifi and SAT TV are also part of the permanent facilities. ( Also TV in the master bedroom ) Off course the apartments includes all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee maker, toaster etc.
This apartment is part of an urbanization of several apartments around a large communal pool. There is also a large children's pool and a Jacuzzi. Around the pool is landscaped synthetic grass, which gives the area a lot nicer and neater views. Children can also enjoy themselves on the play area with a swing. Two petanque courts provide fun for young and old. Most owners here are Belgians, Dutch and Scandinavians. Although everyone respects each other's privacy, it is possible to easily meet the other visitors.
LA ZENIA LOCATION
La Zenia is another great Orihuela Costa all year round favourite with holiday makers both from Spain and elsewhere. La Zenia's best known landmark is the La Zenia Hotel, sitting on a rock-face, right on the edge of the Mediterranean, with pristine beaches either side of it and visible from all around. Thousands of visitors every year, descending onto one of the Orihuela Costa's most perfect and cleanest beaches.
Around the main area of La Zenia, there is a great and varied range of restaurants, cafes bars and shops to keep locals and visitors alike happy, with well known favorites like Paddy's Point, Alejandros ect. to keep hunger at bay and light up the nights for those who want to stay local.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
We kindly ask you to read the following information carefully.
What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250 to 300€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
Once you are back home, I would also like to ask you to provide your bank account number so that we can refund the security deposit quickly and efficiently.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
We list all properties on behalf of owners who have appointed a local management team. This team ensures that your holiday accommodation is ready for your arrival and is available to assist you during your stay. If there are any delays in your arrival, please inform the accommodation manager, as they may have multiple appointments at different locations.
To ensure that everything goes smoothly for your upcoming stay, we would like to receive your arrival details as soon as possible.
We kindly request that you provide this information no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date. This will help us make the necessary preparations for your stay.
The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The rental rates include energy costs, except when your consumption exceeds 85 kWh for a 2-bedroom property or 120 kWh for a 3-bedroom property. In these instances, any excess usage will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 0.35€ per kWh.
The key manager will be available to provide further clarification on -site.
